Gorski kotar
Vrelo cave – Cowboy village City of Roswell –– Fužine lake – Hreljin fortress – Bakarski prezidi
We leave the villa or holiday home at 9:00 in the direction of Grobnik, pass Grobnik and climb the old road to Fužine. On the old road we stop at the Cirkul lookout point and take a look at the entire Grobničko field. We continue in the direction of Gorski Kotar and arrive at Cowboy Village Roswell, where we enjoy the facilities of the city in the Wild West. After the village of Rosvell there is a possibility to visit the cave Vrelo. We move slowly in the direction of Fužine, there we have a 2 hour break for a walk around the lake, there is a possibility of organizing lunch in a restaurant in Fužine with indigenous mountain food. After Fužine we take the easy old road back through Zlobin, and stop in Hreljin, where we go to visit the old fortress Hreljin. After visiting the fort, we move on in the direction of the copper walls, where we get information about copper water in a half-hour break. After the copper presidium, we return home slowly.

The most beautiful hiking trail in Istria – 7 waterfalls
Departure is at 9:00 am from the holiday villa along the old road toward Učka nature park. It is a half an hour drive that brings us to the highest peak called Vojak (1401 m) which offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Slovenian Alps and Triglav, Italian Dolomites, Istria, and Kvarner islands ( Krk, Cres, Zeča, Unije, Lošinj). When the sky is clear especially after the rain one can see, using binoculars, the city of Venice.
After meditating in peace while enjoying the breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape we head for Istria toward the town of Buzet.
Distillery Aura is situated at the base of the city of Buzet. A guided tour can be organized where we are introduced to gin and brandy production accompanied by tasting locally produced sausages, liqueurs, and brandy.
From there on we head for a 15 kilometers journey called 7 waterfalls that lasts 5 hours and 30 minutes. The trail begins and finishes in Sv.Ivan. Along the way, we visit 7 waterfalls of the Mirna river while enjoying the panoramic view and old mills in the little village caled Kotli.
At the end of the hiking trail, there is a possibility to have an early dinner of traditional Istrian dishes in the tavern Kolinaši.
